RECIPE: Masala Fries

 MASALA FRIES


INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp oil
1 Onion chopped
1 Clove chopped Garlic
1tsp Curry Powder
1tsp Turmeric
Pinch of chilli flakes, Dukkah, Salt, Pepper, 2tbsp Ketchup

METHOD:
Fry/Bake Fries
Fry onions in 2tbsp Oil, add above ingredients, mix.

After adding ketchup add 2tbsp of water, mix.

Then add the fries. Season with corriander leaves or basil...

Then eat. Share too.
