Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in UK, which is 1.345m and located in Scotland. InshaAllah I plan to climb a total of 587 flights of stairs, which is roughly the equivalent of climbing Ben Nevis!
This I am doing at home due to circumstances. I'm very much encouraged by friends who have taken up running and cycling to help the needy, so thought of doing something that is available to me and feasible.
This is in support of my Yemen appeal. People are starving and are in dire need. 'At least 3.2 million Yemenis have been displaced, and 14 million out of the 27 million population are estimated to be in need of food assistance.'

I decided not to do the whole thing in one go, but kept a tally of how many flights I am doing.
