RECIPE: Halal Sausage and Egg Muffin

You see this on McDonald ads and salivate don't you! Here you can make your own, very simple.

You will need:

1x English Muffin
1x Sausage (Meat, Chicken or Vegiteranian, Vegan)
1x Medium Egg
1x Slice of cheese
Salt to taste (optional)
Pepper (optional)

Method:
1. Heat up a pan
2. Take out sausage from the casing and mold into a patty, flattened
3. Put it on the pan and cook both sides until done and remove (no oil needed).
4. Crack an egg onto a egg mold. You can put a lid on top or flip the egg if you like until cooked and put aside.
5. Toast the muffins

To assemble:
1. On a pan put a slice of cheese for only a couple of seconds and then put it on the bottom half of the muffin. (Holding it from one corner whilst on the pan makes this part easier).
2. Then place the sausage patty.
3. Then the egg.
4. Then the top half of the muffin.

Feel free to sprinkle pepper, chilli flakes etc.

You can also add caramelised onions etc if you like.
